All participants must indicate on the registration form, all those activities you wish to participate, or not included in the registration.
For activities not included in the registration does not take into account their participation in them, until the participants have not paid the full amount of their participation:
OPENING CEREMONY WITH WINE-COCKTAIL RECEPTION: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2012 (included in registration)
DINNER RECEPTION: FRIDAY 19 OCTOBER 2012 (not included in the registration), 28 euros per person.
GALA DINNER: SATURDAY 20 OCTOBER 2012 (not included in the registration), 35 euros per person.
CLOSING LUNCH: SUNDAY 21 OCTOBER 2012 (not included in the registration), 30 euros per person.
For security reasons, must be worn compulsorily his badge or invitation card with your ID.
